ABOUT ALTROVERSO™
A serious clinic for company decisions in the Netherlands
Altroverso™ exists because company pressure needs more than fragmented advice. It needs ownership, structure, evidence, and a responsible path before disorder becomes damage.
We are a Business and Fiscal Clinic for entrepreneurs and owner-led companies in the Netherlands. Altroverso™ sits inside a wider ecosystem: Xtroverso for company control, ITECA for institutional analysis, and the House of Pavan Galeffi for continuity, stewardship, and responsibility.
Altroverso™ is built for:
- entrepreneurs who need structure before action;
- companies facing fiscal, financial, operational, or governance pressure;
- founders who need reality, not comfort language;
- business decisions that require evidence and consequence awareness;
- recovery, restructuring, closure, and responsible restart;
- companies that must become readable before the next step.
WHAT ALTROVERSO™ IS
The clinic covers company moments that cannot be handled casually.
Altroverso™ works before, during, and after business difficulty. We help entrepreneurs open companies with structure, review companies before decisions, prepare transactions, understand tax pressure, clean financial disorder, restructure under pressure, recover where possible, and close responsibly where necessary.
WHY ALTROVERSO™ EXISTS
Company pressure affects money, documents, people, and reputation.
When a company loses structure, the damage is not confined to spreadsheets. It touches suppliers, clients, employees, families, creditors, tax authorities, reputation, confidence, and the founder’s ability to think clearly. Numbers represent people, wallets, trust, and stability.
The lesson
behind the clinic
Altroverso™ is shaped by the understanding that business difficulty is not abstract. When structure fails, real people are affected. The founder may carry pressure, shame, confusion, fatigue, and urgency. Stakeholders may carry unpaid invoices, uncertainty, loss of trust, and practical consequences.
That is why our work is sober. We do not romanticise failure. We do not hide from responsibility. We use structure to make the next responsible step visible.
Altroverso™ exists to help founders:
- read the real condition of the company;
- separate symptoms from causes;
- restore order where records, tax, finance, or control have weakened;
- make decisions before disorder becomes harder to correct;
- recover where recovery is still possible;
- close responsibly where closure is the right path.
ORIGIN AND RESPONSIBILITY
The work is owned, not outsourced.
The clinic was shaped by direct experience with collapse, public scrutiny, reconstruction, renewed discipline, compliance formation, and the hard lesson that business failure affects real people, not only legal entities.
The business clinic once needed
Altroverso™ does not hide from the reality that founders can fail, become disoriented, lose structure, and discover too late that the company has already become unreadable. That experience is part of the reason this clinic exists.
The lesson is not theatrical. It is practical and ethical: collapse hurts stakeholders. Suppliers, employees, clients, creditors, families, and tax authorities all live with consequences when a company loses control.
The answer is not image repair. The answer is evidence, responsibility, and disciplined reconstruction.
NOT A NORMAL CONSULTANCY
Altroverso™ is not designed around presentation, motivation, or vague business advice. It is designed around diagnosis, evidence, sequencing, fiscal clarity, financial readability, governance discipline, and responsible action.
We do not treat business problems as isolated when the company structure says otherwise.
A tax problem may require bookkeeping cleanup. A transaction may require due diligence. A restructuring question may require closure planning. A formation question may require governance discipline from day one.
THE CLINIC LOGIC
1. Read the condition
Understand the company, the documents, the pressure, and the decision.
2. Identify the structure
Connect tax, finance, bookkeeping, governance, risk, operations, and control.
3. Prioritise the next step
Separate what is urgent from what is merely loud.
4. Act responsibly
Support correction, recovery, transaction, closure, or further coordination where needed.

WHAT ALTROVERSO™ BELIEVES
Clarity is not softness. It is a management instrument.
A company deserves to be read honestly. Founders deserve practical clarity, but clarity must not become false comfort.
01
A company should be readable
If the founder cannot understand the company’s condition, decisions become reactive and exposure grows silently.
02
Problems should be diagnosed before action
Acting too fast on the visible symptom can make the hidden cause more expensive to correct later.
03
Tax pressure is rarely only tax
Behind tax pressure there may be bookkeeping disorder, cash-flow weakness, document gaps, or governance failure.
04
Bookkeeping is a control system
Bookkeeping is not decoration. It is one of the ways a company proves reality to itself and to others.
05
Closing a company is responsibility
A responsible exit recognises obligations, records, stakeholders, tax consequences, and the founder’s future credibility.
06
Recovery without structure is only performance
Recovery requires records, sequence, control, decision discipline, and honest reading of what remains possible.
BOUNDARIES
What Altroverso™ is not.
