CONTACT Altroverso

Tell us what must become clear.

Contact Altroverso when a company, decision, obligation, exposure or body of evidence needs a coherent first reading.

You do not need to diagnose the correct service. Begin with the facts: who the organisation is, what happened or is planned, what decision must be made, which deadline applies and what evidence appears to exist. We will determine whether the matter belongs within ONE FILE, requires a focused Altroverso engagement, depends on another authorised professional or should follow a different route.

Use this page when:

  • you know which Altroverso practice route the organisation needs;
  • the matter crosses several disciplines and you are not sure where it belongs;
  • a regulator, bank, insurer, auditor, client, board or counterparty has requested an answer;
  • the organisation needs ONE FILE architecture, a defined assessment or retained GRC support;
  • remediation, recovery, responsible restructuring, certification or assurance readiness is required;
  • leadership needs a serious first reading before making a material decision.
CONFIDENTIAL FIRST CONTACT

The first step is clarity, not presentation.

Explain the matter in direct language. It is acceptable if some facts are still uncertain. Distinguish what you know from what you believe, and identify the evidence that may confirm the position. We treat initial enquiries as confidential and limit access according to role and purpose. Confidentiality does not automatically create legal professional privilege, an advocate-client relationship or a formal engagement. Do not send complete archives, system credentials, unnecessary personal data or highly sensitive evidence with the first message. If further records are needed, we will define their relevance and agree an appropriate transfer or inspection route.

CHOOSE YOUR ENQUIRY TYPE

These categories help us route the enquiry. They are not a test. Select the nearest route, or choose “Not sure” if the matter crosses several areas or its cause is still unclear.

WHAT TO INCLUDE

A clear message helps us assess the matter responsibly.

The first message does not need every document or a finished diagnosis. It should make the organisation, trigger, urgency, evidence and required decision understandable enough for a preliminary suitability review.

Organisation and your role

Provide the organisation's name, legal form, sector and relevant countries. Explain your role, authority and relationship to the matter.

What triggered the enquiry

Describe what happened, changed, arrived or is being planned. Give the sequence of material events and distinguish confirmed facts from assumptions.

Evidence believed to exist

Identify relevant contracts, letters, filings, registers, financial records, policies, reports, logs, board material or other sources. Do not attach a complete archive unless requested.

Exact deadline or pressure

State the date and its source, such as a regulatory response, signing, filing, board decision, audit, certification, transaction, employment action or incident requirement.

Decision that must be made

Explain whether leadership needs to proceed, pause, respond, correct, approve, negotiate, escalate, restructure, recover, transfer, close or investigate further.

Result needed from the first reading

Tell us whether you need route selection, a scoped assessment, a priority map, implementation support, an authorised evidence view or coordination with existing professional advisers.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU CONTACT US

Your enquiry is read before work is proposed.

We review the organisation, matter, urgency, decision, available evidence and apparent fit with the practice. We also consider authority, confidentiality, conflicts, independence, professional boundaries, capacity and any external specialist dependency.

We may ask focused questions, request a limited set of records or propose an intake conversation. A responsible outcome may also be a referral or a clear explanation that Altroverso is not the appropriate practice for the matter.

An automatic acknowledgement is issued after submission. Enquiries are normally reviewed within two working days. This does not constitute acceptance of the matter, the deadline or an engagement.

How Altroverso Works

HOW THE MATTER IS ROUTED

1. Intake reading

We identify the organisation, sender's authority, material facts, intended decision, urgency, known evidence and apparent stakeholder consequences.

2. Suitability and route selection

We determine whether the matter fits a defined practice route, requires an integrated ONE FILE reading, depends on another authorised professional or cannot responsibly be accepted.

3. Focused information request

Where needed, we ask for specific clarification or records. We define the purpose, scope, authorised access and appropriate transfer method before receiving sensitive material.

4. Proposed next step

The next step may be a scoped intake, assessment, document reading, ONE FILE architecture, implementation mandate, specialist coordination, proposal, referral or decision to decline. Chargeable work begins only after the scope, responsibilities and commercial terms have been agreed.

BEFORE YOU SEND

Use the right amount of information.

The form is the first structured signal, not a document repository. Enough context helps us understand the matter. Excess material can create privacy, security, privilege and relevance problems before an engagement exists.

Be concrete

State what happened or is planned, who is involved, what changed, which date matters and what decision cannot safely remain unresolved.

Separate facts from conclusions

Tell us what you know, what you suspect and what remains unknown. We need the sequence and available evidence, not a polished defence or sales presentation.

Protect sensitive information

Mention sensitive documents, data, credentials, investigations or trade secrets without transmitting them until necessity, authority and a secure route have been agreed.

IMPORTANT BOUNDARIES

A serious intake is not yet a promise of intervention.

  • Submitting the form does not create an engagement, authorise work or start chargeable activity.
  • A deadline, urgent matter or responsibility is not accepted until Altroverso confirms this expressly in writing.
  • Initial confidentiality does not automatically create legal professional privilege or formal legal representation.
  • We do not provide serious direction without sufficient facts, authority and evidence for the question involved.
  • We do not replace advocates, civil-law notaries, insolvency practitioners, statutory auditors, tax representatives, forensic experts or accredited certification bodies where required.
  • We do not guarantee outcomes or create reassurance before the matter has been read and scoped.
  • We do not support selective disclosure, avoidance, backdating, invented evidence or concealment from authorised stakeholders.
  • A matter may be declined because of competence, authority, conflict, independence, capacity, urgency, conduct or fit with the practice.

Until a mandate is expressly accepted, the organisation and its existing advisers remain responsible for protecting deadlines, rights, people, evidence and continuity. The purpose of first contact is to make the matter readable enough to decide the responsible next step.
