Governance, Risk and Compliance are often treated as abstract functions for large organisations. In practice, they are operational disciplines that shape how a business takes decisions, documents responsibilities, manages exposure, and avoids preventable disorder.
This bootcamp is designed for founders, managers, operators, and internationally active professionals who need a clear, practical introduction to GRC in the Dutch business environment.
Over four focused Tuesday sessions, participants work through the fundamentals of governance, risk and compliance in a way that is concrete, structured, and immediately usable. The bootcamp does not aim to impress with theory. It is built to help participants understand how control, accountability, documentation, role clarity, and operational discipline work in real business life.
The format is intentionally small. With a maximum of four participants per cohort, the bootcamp allows for direct discussion, practical explanation, and close interaction throughout all four sessions.
This is an in-person programme delivered at the Altroverso office.
