Altroverso™ is not a generic consultancy. It is a Business & Fiscal Clinic for company situations that require structure, evidence, diagnosis, and responsible action.
What is Altroverso™?
Altroverso™ is a Business & Fiscal Clinic for entrepreneurs and owner-led companies in the Netherlands. We help make company situations readable across fiscal, financial, bookkeeping, governance, risk, compliance, operational, transaction, recovery, and closure dimensions.
Is Altroverso™ only for companies in trouble?
No. We work before, during, and after difficulty. You can contact us when opening a company, preparing a transaction, reviewing a company, dealing with tax pressure, cleaning bookkeeping, restructuring, recovering, or closing responsibly.
Do you only work with companies in the Netherlands?
Altroverso™ is focused on the Dutch business context. We are especially relevant for entrepreneurs, expat founders, and owner-led micro and small companies operating or planning to operate in the Netherlands.
Do you work with micro and small companies?
Yes. Altroverso™ is designed for founders, entrepreneurs, and owner-led companies where business decisions, administration, tax, control, and personal responsibility are often closely connected.
Can I contact you if I am not sure what I need?
Yes. Use the confidential intake form and explain the situation as clearly as possible. We will identify which clinic route may apply, or whether further information is needed before direction can be given.
What does “company readability” mean?
It means the company can be understood through its documents, numbers, obligations, tax position, roles, risks, records, controls, and decisions. A company that is not readable is harder to govern, defend, sell, restructure, recover, or close responsibly.

What happens when you contact us.
The first contact is meant to make the matter understandable enough to decide the responsible next step.
What happens after I submit the form?
You receive a confirmation email. Relevant enquiries are reviewed and answered within 24 to 48 hours. If the matter fits the clinic logic, we may ask for further context, documents, or a focused intake.
Is the first contact confidential?
Yes. The first contact is treated as a confidential enquiry. You should still avoid sending excessive information unless requested. Start with the facts, the matter, the urgency, and the type of documents involved.
What should I include in my message?
Include the company name, legal form, what triggered the enquiry, any deadlines, tax letters, bookkeeping problems, transaction timing, debt pressure, closure need, or decision you must make.
Do I need to upload documents immediately?
Not necessarily. In the first message, mention which documents exist. If we need to read letters, filings, contracts, bookkeeping exports, bank records, or other evidence, we will request them after intake.
How fast do you respond?
A confirmation email is issued immediately. Relevant enquiries are normally reviewed and answered within 24 to 48 hours. Urgency should be clearly stated in the form, especially if a deadline is involved.
Will you immediately start charging?
The first enquiry is used to understand the matter and route it. Any deeper review, document reading, intervention, cleanup, restructuring, or support path should be agreed before work continues.

Can you help me open a company?

Yes. We help read Belastingdienst letters, fines, corrections, payment pressure, VAT issues, payroll tax exposure, corporate tax matters, and the bookkeeping or structural problems behind them.
Can you clean up messy bookkeeping?
Yes. We help identify missing documents, unreliable periods, incomplete records, VAT links, bank matching problems, financial readability issues, and cleanup priorities.
Can you help before buying or selling a company?
Yes. We support company review, due diligence, seller-side preparation, buyer-side reading, transaction cleanup, merger support, ownership transfer, and post-transaction alignment.
Can you help with restructuring?
Yes. We help read the company condition, map debt and obligations, repair control, identify operational correction, define recovery sequence, and support post-restructuring discipline.

What Altroverso™ does not replace.
Clear boundaries protect the client, the company, and the quality of the work.
Are you a law firm?
No. Altroverso™ is not a law firm and does not replace formal legal representation. Where legal advice, litigation, insolvency work, or formal representation is required, the matter should involve the appropriate legal professional.
Are you a notary?
No. We do not replace notarial work. For incorporations, share transfers, certain restructurings, formal transactions, or other notarial matters, a notary may be required.
Do you replace an accountant?
No. Altroverso™ does not simply replace every role of an accountant. We help read and structure company matters, restore financial readability, identify problems, and coordinate practical routes where appropriate.
Do you guarantee recovery?
No. We do not promise miracle recovery. We help read the situation, identify what remains possible, map priorities, and support responsible action where recovery is realistic.
Do you guarantee cancellation of tax fines?
No. We do not guarantee cancellation of fines. We help read the matter, identify evidence, deadlines, errors, missing information, and possible routes for correction, response, objection support, or professional escalation where appropriate.
Do you work without documents?
We can start with your explanation, but serious direction often requires documents. We do not create artificial certainty where evidence is missing, weak, incomplete, or intentionally withheld.
